10DLC Messaging Terms and Conditions

By using RRHWC SMS and messaging services, including any 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) messaging, you ("User" or "You") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are in place to comply with applicable rules and regulations set by mobile carriers and the CTIA (Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association) to ensure responsible and legal use of text messaging services.

1. Overview of 10DLC Messaging

RR Wellness utilizes 10DLC (10-Digit Long Codes) for SMS and MMS communication, which are specifically designed for A2P (Application-to-Person) messaging. This service is used to communicate important updates, promotional messages, appointment reminders, and other information to our users who have opted in.

2. Opt-In and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number to RR Wellness (either through our website, services, or any interaction), you explicitly consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from us via 10DLC. These messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Promotional offers

  • Product updates

  • Customer service-related communications

You acknowledge that your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from RR Wellness.

3. Opt-Out and Message Frequency

You may opt out of receiving future SMS/MMS messages at any time by replying to any message with the word "STOP". After you opt-out, you will no longer receive any further promotional or marketing messages. Please note, you may still receive transactional messages (such as appointment reminders or order confirmations) that are necessary to fulfill your requests.

Message frequency may vary depending on your engagement with RR Wellness services, but typically will not exceed [1] messages per month unless you have requested additional communication.

4. Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply when receiving SMS or MMS messages from RR Wellness. You are responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your wireless service provider for receiving text messages.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use 10DLC messaging for any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Spam or unsolicited messages: Do not use our messaging service to send messages to individuals who have not consented or opted in to receive communications.

  • Illegal or unethical activities: Do not use messaging for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or deceptive practices.

  • Sensitive content: Do not send or promote illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or abusive content.

  • Misleading or deceptive information: Do not use the messaging service to impersonate any person or entity or mislead recipients about the source of messages.

6. Message Content

Messages sent through 10DLC will be clear and transparent regarding their intent. We will not send any messages that contain misleading, deceptive, or confusing information.

You agree not to send any message content that violates the CTIA Guidelines or any other applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Privacy violations

  • False advertising

  • Unsolicited marketing

  • Malware or harmful links

7. Data Collection and Privacy

By using 10DLC messaging, you acknowledge that RR Wellness may collect and store certain personal data, including your phone number and consent status, for the purpose of sending SMS/MMS messages.

We take your privacy seriously and handle your personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. Your data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

8. Carrier Compliance

By engaging with our 10DLC messaging service, you acknowledge that RR Wellness complies with all applicable carrier regulations and messaging guidelines as set by AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other mobile carriers. We maintain compliance with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices for the use of 10DLC for A2P messaging.

You understand that non-compliance with these regulations may result in message filtering, blocking, or penalties from mobile carriers.

9. Service Availability

While RR Wellness aims to provide reliable messaging services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to 10DLC messaging. Service interruptions, technical issues, or carrier outages may occasionally occur.

10. Changes to These Terms

RR Wellness reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or changes to our services. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date. We recommend that you review these terms periodically to stay informed.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas in the USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the State of Texas in the USA.
