Mary Aponte

Hello, My name is Mary, I have been a Massage Therapist since 2017 . I truly enjoy helping people find comfort and relief from their daily stresses. Science has been my favorite subject my whole life, and I view the human body as a very fascinating machine. I see all ailments and pain as a puzzle I wish to solve. Aside from massage therapy, I spend my days playing with my dog, Guppy, video gaming with my husband, Gabe, or painting landscapes and abstract art. I am often listening to an audiobook, usually fiction novels, but I do appreciate any good book recommendation.

Amy Robertson

Hello, My name is Amy Jo. As a massage therapist providing therapeutic hands on care is just as therapeutic for me as it is for the client. After spending 24 years in nursing, through the chaos of covid, I craved peace. Going to massage therapy school was a way that I could bring peace back to myself while still providing therapeutic healing, all while focusing on one client at a time.

Previous clients say I’m intuitive and I hold it to be true as your body will tell me exactly what it needs. I will customize your session to your needs with my own unique technique. I specialize in deep tissue, stretching, myofascial release, trigger point release, sports massage, cupping as well as traditional Swedish.

Aside from massage I enjoy spending time with my adult daughters as well as my beloved pups. Stand up paddle boarding is a slight addiction and so is a good cup of coffee. I believe drinking more water will heal most of our ailments, movement will keep us moving, nature is our medicine and a good hug can change your day.
